
WARRANTY GUIDELINES
WARRANTY REPAIR & REPLACEMENTS
Products purchased directly from PanJit shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment to Buyer. PanJit shall, at its option, replace or repair the defective product. This determination will be made after evaluation of the returned product by our factory. Buyer must notify PanJit of said defect discovered within the one-year period. This warranty covers only failures due to defects in materials or workmanship that occur in normal use. It does not cover damage that occurs in shipment, damages outside of PanJit’s control including, but not limited to, improper installation or testing, modifications to the product, failures that are caused by products not supplied by PanJit, failures that result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, water damage, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, set-up adjustments, improper maintenance, alteration, line power surge and external product damage. This warranty is valid only for the original Purchaser, and is not transferable thereafter.
PanJit will pay for surface/ground return freight only for the warranty returns. If Purchaser requires overnight or other special requirements for expedited shipment, this will be at the Purchaser’s expense.
FREIGHT CLAIMS AND SHIPMENT DAMAGE
If Purchaser of original product receives the product in damaged condition, and the original freight charges were paid in advance by carrier collect or freight collect, Purchaser is to notify their carrier immediately to initiate a claims inspection. PanJit will provide assistance, as necessary, for processing the freight claim. PanJit is not responsible for damage during transit. We recommend Purchaser insure the shipments.
RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
The purchaser must obtain a valid RMA number in advance before any product is shipped back to PanJit. Only the product and quantity specified on the RMA can be returned with the RMA number issued. Any cancellation of a Purchaser’s customer order or wrongly ordered goods are not eligible for RMA consideration.
All returns should be properly packaged to minimize shipping damage and allow for effective defect analysis. Product should be returned in PanJit’s packaging or equivalent packaging.
This warranty is expressly made in lieu of any and all other warranties expressed or implied, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Authorized RMA Numbers will expire 45 days after date of issuance.
